Mountain House Plans

Our Mountain Home Plans are a
result of years of designing houses to accommodate rough terrain in places like Big Canoe
in Jasper, Georgia and Trillium near Asheville, North Carolina. These designs prove cost effective for mountainous regions and help to enhance spectacular views. Our Mountain Home Designs range from 1300 Sq.Ft. and larger. They can generally be constructed using trusses or conventional framing. You can search for them below...

Design Changes

When dealing with difficult lots or other parameters, design changes are quite common. Changes are initially priced on a flat fee basis. Multiple revisions will usually be handled best with our Flat Fee Design program.

We can modify one of our stock plans or we can modify your design, so long as you have designed it and have the copyrights.

For more info, visit our design changes page here.

Flat Fee Design

When your project calls for a custom design, our flat fee design is an exceptional value. Whether you are a consumer wanting a custom home designed or a builder who needs a plan to meet a market need, our flat fee design is the way to go. Our flat fee pricing schedule can be found here.

As former builders, we approach the design of the house from the builder's point of view. We are constantly concerned about construction methods, cost to build and value to the homebuyer.
