As former home builders, we have in-the-field experience which provides an important perspective in home design. Keeping good design fundamentals in mind, we build each plan on the computer in a three dimensional model (3D), assuring that even complicated roof systems and design changes work with the floor plan. Additionally, we consider building material costs and options while balancing functionality and style. It is important to us to design a home that achieves your goals. William Lindy is a former homebuilder, company founder and chief designer. Originally from Philadelphia and graduate of Drexel University, Bill began his construction career in Atlanta building homes in 1973. In 1986, he shifted his emphasis to housing design and began a large portfolio of house plans that continues to grow to this day.
