What We Do

We sell house plans that were developed over the years by award-winning builder turned designer William Lindy. For over 30 years, William Lindy designed house plans for homeowners, builders and developers. Most were built around the Atlanta metro area and in the mountains of North Georgia. These mountain type of plans are ideally suited for hillside lots that you will find on golf courses, lake lots and mountainous regions.
