Husky Mountain Style Ranch House Plan

This house plan is suited for hilly terrain as found in mountain and lake lots. The design actually has a drive under style garage parking which can be efficient with sloping lots. The craftsman flavored elevation and large front porch blend nicely with the outdoors. 

The foyer is open to the vaulted family room and the high windows direct your eyes to rear facing views. The family room is open to the breakfast and kitchen, and has direct access to a grilling deck and screened porch. 

The master suite is practical with a separate tub and shower and private water closet. The floor plan has a study that can occasionally serve as a guest room.

Downstairs in the optionally finished basement you have a rec room and two bedrooms that share a full bath. Two garage bays and a mechanicals closet finish out the balance of the available space.
