This popular ranch plan is a derivative of the Hollister plan. It has 3 bedrooms 2 full baths with the ability to incorporate a 4th bedroom, a full bath and a walk-in closet upstairs. Guests are greeted with a covered front porch and homeowners park in the garage and can enter into the house via the mud room. The kitchen, breakfast, vaulted great room and the dining area are all open to each other. The kitchen has an island and a walk-in pantry. The laundry room adjoins the mud room. The master suite includes a sitting area, a separate tub and shower, separate vanities and a walk-in closet.
